An opportunity for a Branch Sales Manager in our clients' Wiltshire branch has arisen.
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be required to meet and exceed all targets, goals and objectives whilst maximising profitability through the effective leadership and the development of the team through efficient management.
Key areas of focus include:
Set monitor and evaluate individual and branch targets in order to maximise branch profitability.
Drive sales performance in the branch through effective leadership and motivation, whilst identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
Deliver sales reporting in a timely and accurate fashion.
Ensure all administration, security and system requirements are carried out according to company policy.
Having ultimate responsibility for all company financial procedures being adhered to within the branch.
Ensure a consistent high degree of staff morale, motivation and team spirit exists at all times within the branch
Identify development and training needs of all staff, and ensure development areas are dealt with ensuring continued career progression within the company, including regular staff appraisals.
To be successful in this role, it is important that you demonstrate:
Minimum of three years experience in personal lines insurance with a high level of commercial acumen and knowledge of P&L.
