Second chef required to assist Head Chef in running the kitchen/catering section of this contract catering company. The successful candidate will be preparing a wide variety of dishes for a number of events including parties, wedding, banquets and dinner dances.
This catering company has over 20 years of experience offering stylish catering for every location. They endeavour to use only the freshest ingredients, and in the summer, the majority of herbs, salads and vegetables are grown fresh on site.
In June and July the company holds a contract with Alresford and regularly cater for up to 220 people during this time. Private work includes: Picnic lunches, Dinner Parties, Weddings and shoot lunches
