Business Development Manager - Southampton - up to £40,000 plus excellent bonus & benefits
Our client is a leading Commercial Insurance Broker that has been in business for more than 10 years, dealing with primarily higher risk insurance cover for companies (but not life assurance, mortgages or pensions).
The type of insurances that is arranged for the clients will include commercial premises such as warehouses and factories, Employers and Public Liability for an entire range of companies, and in particular construction companies such as builders, plumbing companies, ground workers, scaffolding, demolition contractors. Our client also arranges fleet and commercial vehicle insurances.
• Ideally you will have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiating skills.
• The attitude of the successful applicant will be what sets them apart from their peers.
• Our Client is looking for individuals with flair and who are able to deal at Financial Director and Managing Director level of organisations to convert enquiries into business.
• Some leads will be provided but it would also be up to the individuals to generate their own leads.
• The ideal candidate will be rewarded with an excellent working environment, free parking, healthcare (which will be available after probationary period) as well as a strong basic salary plus commission.
