We are looking for a Road Traffic Accident Claims Handler to work in the Pre-Issue team and the First
This individual will act as a co-ordinator for the RTA Response team.
You will manage, monitor and review professional work undertaken by both teams. Encourage and facilitate a spirit of team working across the teams to achieve, not only individual goals, but the goals of the teams and the business. In addition to the role of co-ordinator, the individual will be a self sufficient fee earner who meets fee income targets and works profitably.
The individual will:-
be experienced in personal injury work
must have a client focused approach to work
have excellent client handling skills
be IT proficient
