You will be working in the Business Development Department and will be responsible for assisting the co-ordinators with updating the database records, identifying any errors and omissions - taking the necessary action to correct them. You will be required to compile quarterly stats reports using standard Excel spreadsheets, researching any additional information and providing the reports as necessary.
You will be expected to liaise with partner associations, providing them with professional advice where necessary and ensure that you are working with in the Data Protection Act guidelines at all times.
The ideal candidate will be educated to Alevel standard or equivalent and have basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous experience in an administration role is desirable but not essential.
