Our client is a HI Tech specialist solutions provider based in Southampton who is seeking to recruit a Commercial Financial Analyst to report in to the EMEA Commercial Finance Manager. This is a commercially facing role that sits outside of mainstream finance and within the business.
As Commercial Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for forecasting and regular reporting to support and generate an enhanced insight for EMEA management, sales, marketing and corporate finance. This will include a range of responsibilities from reviewing and reporting on sales / bookings pipeline to ensure the forecast accuracy as well as producing regular sales reports and related analysis. You will also be involved in extensive quarterly reports and forecasts by division and sub-region whilst supporting the production of the quarterly tracker and review pack.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, either in accountancy practice and seeking a first move to industry or already in industry with related analytical experience. You will also possess advanced excel skills and ideally working knowledge of other reporting systems such as Hyperion.
